1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Growth Solutions Marketing's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

Growth Solutions Marketing provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Pay-per-click advertising (PPC)
• Brand design and development
• Digital marketing strategy and consultation

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• Refunds are subject to individual service agreements

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information
• Timely review and approval of deliverables
• Providing necessary access to accounts and platforms
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom work created specifically for them. Growth Solutions Marketing retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and non-confidential knowledge gained during the provision of services.

6. Confidentiality

Growth Solutions Marketing agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose such information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Growth Solutions Marketing's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
